POSTAGE: All orders are made and shipped from the Moreton Bay region, QLD, Australia  using Sendle 100% Carbon Neutral Post services..* to keep our shipping rates competitively low, Australia Post will be used for some regional areas.
DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA
Flat rate of $8.00 for Standard Shipping.
FREE SHIPPING on Orders over $100

DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
International postage costs are calculated directly through Sendle zoning and are based on size and weight, some import duties and taxes may apply. 
Combined shipping is available however if your order exceeds 500g addition fees will apply.

All items are packaged in recyclable, reusable, and eco-friendly packaging; eg protective Kraft paper, rigid mailers, boxes, and compostable postage bags. We are committed to create a more sustainable business world.

I live local, do you offer pick up?
Local pickup is not an option at this time, however will look at this being implemented in the future. 
I've just popped through an order, how long will take to receive?
Thank you kindly for ordering from us and we understand the excitement of receiving your recent purchase. Due to most of our collections being personalised, a lot of what we create is made-to-order. Please allow 2-3 working days (although in most cases the turnaround time will be quicker) for your beautiful items to be created, packaged and posted. From then on your order will be in the hands of the Postie and will have it's own tracking number so you'll know exactly where your package is and when it's due to arrive. Standard shipping will generally take 2-8 business days from time of dispatch depending on your location.
Can I see what my order is going to look like before purchase?
If you are ordering one of our personalised pieces and would like a preview of what your order will look like, we can offer that. Just say hello.  
What payment methods do you provide?
You can pay via PayPal, debit/credit Visa, and Mastercard.
What do I do if my order was damaged or lost in the post process?
Firstly if this unfortunate event occurs please let us know. We will help and take the necessary steps for lodgment claims involved with Sendle.
